StreetSide Developments BC held the largest and most successful Realtor event in its history earlier this year to introduce the Juno high-rise project to the Realtor community, build excitement and demand for Qualico’s first ever high-rise condo tower project, and kick off the launch of Realtor-client previews.

Empire Drywall Calgary is closing in on having 1,000 homes worked on in 2023 – a new record in the company’s 24-year history. Strong relationships with Qualico homebuilders, beneficial market conditions, an increased volume of work with builders outside of Qualico, and a high-quality team have all contributed to this milestone.

Many of the Qualico US Region’s multi-family projects involve joint-venture partnerships with other companies and ‘merchant building’, where apartments are constructed, leased up, and then sold, with funds invested into new projects. In 2023, projects in Texas and California continued to see forward momentum.

By doing so, the homebuilder is looking to capitalize on millennial homebuyers facing an average rental rate that has increased 31% in the Austin area over the past couple of years.

StreetSide Developments BC is embarking on a new townhome project in Coquitlam called Heartwood. Located in Burke Mountain overlooking the Fraser Valley, Heartwood is directly south of the natural mountain, newly expanded Harper Park and the many hiking trails leading into Pinecone Burke Provincial Park.
