Pacesetter Homes Austin received the Charitable Project of the Year award at this year’s Marketing & Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards, held by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.

Pacesetter Homes Texas has earned a spot on Builder Magazine’s Builder 100 list for the ninth consecutive year. The prestigious list recognizes the most successful homebuilders across the United States based on the number of yearly closings.

The Qualico US Region has reached target occupancy with Starlight, one of its multi-family joint-venture projects. Completed in spring 2023, Starlight is now 92% leased and 91% occupied.
