The updated logo features the letters N and V, serving as a recognizable symbol while subtly conveying a sense that others will envy your NuVista Home. The balanced shapes and lines in the design, along with careful alignment and spacing, ensure the logo is clear and readable across various platforms, following NuVista Homes’ commitment to simplicity and versatility.

The homebuilder has launched a new website to align with the launch of the new brand, and will integrate the colours and logo into its marketing assets, including updated signage at properties and offices, social media profiles, and revamped promotional items such as brochures, business cards, and ads.

To promote the new brand identity, NuVista Homes has produced a marketing campaign featuring a new animation and a 30-second video spot.
