Station Lands will be downtown Edmonton’s only master-planned community, spanning approximately 2.2 million sq. ft. Station Lands will create 1,000 jobs for the city and the community could see up to 5,000 Edmontonians either calling it home or their place of work.

This unique product helps StreetSide’s developer partners hit their required density targets by allowing more homes per acre.

Empire Drywall has added something new to its list of service offerings – residential attic insulation using blowing wool, otherwise known as loose-fill attic insulation.

Qualico Communities Edmonton has broken ground in Easton, its newest development located in Spruce Grove. Situated on a 140-acre parcel of land along Highway 16A and Pioneer Road, this new community will include 1,000 homes and 27 acres of dedicated commercial properties.

StreetSide Developments was originally founded in Calgary, Alberta in 1990. Del Monica Villas, located in Monterey Park, was its first property under construction, fulfilling a significant gap in Alberta’s housing market.

Construction is well underway for four new Habitat for Humanity homes in the city of Leduc’s Meadowview neighbourhood.
