Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan took home four important awards at the 2022 Regina and Region Home Builders’ Association (RRHBA) Master Awards earlier this month. The homebuilder won the Volume Builder of the Year – Single Family, Environmental Leadership 20+ Homes, Green Build of the Year, and Customer Satisfaction 40+ Homes awards.

Sterling Homes Edmonton has earned its fourth consecutive Consumer Choice Award in the Home Builder category, based on past customers’ opinions shared online in areas like customer service, home quality, and warranty services. The homebuilder is the only company to earn the award in that category in the Edmonton region for the past four years.

For the second year in a row, Sterling Homes Group in Calgary was recognized for providing the best customer experience at the 11th Annual H.O.M.E. awards.

StreetSide Developments Edmonton continued building on its legacy of excellence last week when it was awarded its fifth consecutive customer experience trophy at the 11th Annual H.O.M.E. Awards.

Calgary, AB - Two Qualico homebuilders within the same Calgary business unit were recognized recently by Avid Ratings for their excellent customer service. NuVista Homes Calgary received the Avid Gold Award and Augusta Fine Homes Calgary won the Avid Benchmark Award. The Avid Gold Award is presented to builders that have the highest scores in their region based on the New Home Move-In Experience survey that is filled out by customers. The survey captures information spanning from the purchasing experience to the first 90 days of ownership.

Clearly, Foxridge Homes Metro Vancouver has been doing something right, as the team recently won their first Avid Gold Award, which is based entirely on customer feedback. Avid Ratings presents the Avid Awards each year to recognize builders across North America that are providing extraordinary customer experiences. Winners are calculated using scores from customer surveys, and to qualify as a finalist for an Avid Award, builders must score above the 25th percentile in Canada overall.
