Foxridge Homes BC Sees Continued Success with Consecutive Avid Award

Surrey, BC – Foxridge Homes BC has been awarded its second consecutive Avid Benchmark Award, and third overall in the last four years, for providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers in the Metro Vancouver area in 2022.

The recognition is awarded to North American homebuilders who score in the top 25% in customer satisfaction, based on industry-recognized customer experience surveys tallied across Canada and the US.

Raina Cameron, Marketing Manager, Foxridge Homes BC, says receiving this award three out of the last four years is a testament to the team’s hard work, and it shows that what they are doing as a team is working for the continued success of the brand.

“Our experience says it all,” said Raina. “We have a strong pipeline of continued growth and a dedicated warranty team to ensure the process is smooth upon handover of the homes. We are proud that our customers can trust in the Foxridge Homes name. Our goal is to build better cities, which means we are investing in an area and building community, and that starts from within every home.”

To ensure a quality homebuying experience, Foxridge Homes BC initiates a series of check-ins and routines both during and after construction and customer satisfaction surveys are sent out to monitor performance upon move-in, at six months, and one-year post-occupancy.

These surveys are reviewed constantly by the homebuilder’s management team to better understand their customers’ wants and needs. From there, strategies are developed to continually improve the homebuying experience.

Foxridge Homes’ sales teams spend hours with customers guiding them through the entire homebuying process, including helping them choose interior and exterior selections. During the building process the construction team is also in contact with customers and answers any questions they might have. Then once the home is complete, the warranty department is there to take care of the rest.

With no formal Avid event for the award this year, Foxridge Homes took the time to recognize and celebrate the accomplishment together, hosting a fun Mario Kart-themed go-karting party.

Looking ahead to the summer months, Foxridge Homes BC are seeing more customers move into their Westbrooke community homes in Langley. The business unit also has several launches coming up for their Brookswood and Brighton West projects later this year.
