Qualico Communities BC is completing servicing projects for its development in the Brookswood community in Langley, including an extensive 3-km sanitary sewer line that connects to nearby infrastructure and an innovative stormwater detention solution.

StreetSide Developments BC has that announced a new six-storey condominium project, called Bailey, is slated for construction in Vancouver’s bustling Little Mountain community. Located in a prime location close to Queen Elizabeth Park and Main Street, the project marks the multi-family homebuilder’s first major foray into the Vancouver market.

Late last year, StreetSide Developments BC officially completed its Canopy development in Surrey, its largest townhome project to date with 302 homes. Construction was completed in October 2021, and the last buyers moved into the development in November 2021.
