The Qualico Communications team and a group from StreetSide Developments and Foxridge Homes BC each headed outdoors via the Qualico Volunteer Day program and got their hands a little dirty for a good cause.

Foxridge Homes BC has been awarded its second consecutive Avid Benchmark Award, and third overall in the last four years, for providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers in the Metro Vancouver area in 2022.

Foxridge Homes BC is busy building the first net-zero home in the brand’s history, as well as the first of this type of home in the Township of Langley. Located in the Westbrooke community, the home will be built to meet Step Code 5 of the BC Energy Step Code, as well as comply with the technical requirements of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Net Zero Home Labelling Program.

Qualico Communities BC is completing servicing projects for its development in the Brookswood community in Langley, including an extensive 3-km sanitary sewer line that connects to nearby infrastructure and an innovative stormwater detention solution.

StreetSide Developments BC has that announced a new six-storey condominium project, called Bailey, is slated for construction in Vancouver’s bustling Little Mountain community. Located in a prime location close to Queen Elizabeth Park and Main Street, the project marks the multi-family homebuilder’s first major foray into the Vancouver market.

Qualico Properties has now completed the final phase of its Willoughby Town Centre project in the Willoughby community, located in the Township of Langley. The project’s completion marks the end of Qualico’s portion of the community’s development, which has taken roughly 10 years.

Qualico BC employees took part in their first Habitat for Humanity volunteer build day on June 23 at a build site located at 32588 Cedar Valley Connector in Mission, BC.
