Rancho Management Services (B.C.) Ltd. (Rancho Vancouver) has seen steady growth over the past 16 years, going from 10,000 units managed in 2007 to 50,000 units managed by October 2023. Hitting the 50,000-unit mark had been the business unit’s goal for the past couple of years.

Langley’s Willoughby neighbourhood is getting closer to having the first-ever net zero ready townhomes in the Fraser Valley. StreetSide Developments BC has been working on its Cascadia community there – which will have a mix of net zero ready and standard townhomes – since the official groundbreaking in January.
Managing acquired land and finding creative ways to contribute back to the community is the basis of Qualico Communities BC’s Land Activation Strategy and ties directly to the business unit’s Corporate Responsibility action item, ‘Where appropriate, undeveloped land is used temporarily for community services or programs’.
This spring, StreetSide Developments BC marked the completion of Phase 1 (Holloway) of The Boroughs development in South Surrey – the business unit’s largest townhome project to date.
StreetSide Developments BC is embarking on a new townhome project in Coquitlam called Heartwood. Located in Burke Mountain overlooking the Fraser Valley, Heartwood is directly south of the natural mountain, newly expanded Harper Park and the many hiking trails leading into Pinecone Burke Provincial Park.
The Qualico Communications team and a group from StreetSide Developments and Foxridge Homes BC each headed outdoors via the Qualico Volunteer Day program and got their hands a little dirty for a good cause.
Foxridge Homes BC has been awarded its second consecutive Avid Benchmark Award, and third overall in the last four years, for providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers in the Metro Vancouver area in 2022.
Foxridge Homes BC is busy building the first net-zero home in the brand’s history, as well as the first of this type of home in the Township of Langley. Located in the Westbrooke community, the home will be built to meet Step Code 5 of the BC Energy Step Code, as well as comply with the technical requirements of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Net Zero Home Labelling Program.
