Sterling Homes Winnipeg’s new two-storey Net Zero Home marks a new milestone for Qualico and net-zero builds in Winnipeg.

At the 2024 Parade of Homes, Sterling Homes Winnipeg revealed the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region’s first-ever CHBA qualified net-zero home. Located in Oak Bluff West in the rural municipality of MacDonald, the new 1,850 sq. ft. bungalow is only the second CHBA Net-Zero qualified home in Manitoba.
