Qualico Properties Calgary has acquired a three-storey, 98,225-sq.-ft. building in South Calgary’s Quarry Park. The building will not only serve as a new asset in the business unit’s portfolio that will offer leasing potential, but also as the Southern Alberta Region’s new main office.

StreetSide Developments Calgary has started construction and pre-sales for Evanston Park’s fourth and final phase, adding 79 modern saltbox-style townhomes to the well-established Evanston community in Northwest Calgary.
