Sterling Homes Edmonton Recognized with Fourth Consecutive Consumer Choice Award
Edmonton, AB – Sterling Homes Edmonton has earned its fourth consecutive Consumer Choice Award in the Home Builder category, based on past customers’ opinions shared online in areas like customer service, home quality, and warranty services. The homebuilder is the only company to earn the award in that category in the Edmonton region for the past four years.
Winners are chosen annually using data gathered from online and social media sources, including review sites, blogs, and articles. The top-ranked provider in each category is then awarded the Consumer Choice Award.
Justin Nolette, Sales and Marketing Manager, Sterling Homes Edmonton, said the team is excited and grateful to earn the award once again.
“This award is a significant achievement and a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction,” he said. “Winning this award for the fourth time indicates that our approach to providing affordable homeownership without sacrificing quality is well-received by consumers and that we are heading in the right direction.
Justin noted that over the past few years, real estate values grow at a much faster rate than household income and continues to over time.
“We thought that homeownership—elusive for so many today—is an aspiration we ought to fight for,” he said. “We want to keep that dream alive and keep it within reach as best we can. That’s how the mission statement started, ‘Providing the opportunity for affordable homeownership without compromise’.”
“Quality is not something we stand to compromise on,” Justin continued. “So, the question that lies at the heart of our mission is how can we, as a company, provide a quality-built home that will outlast every other home on the block, offered at the most affordable price possible to homebuyers.”
To achieve this mission, the team evaluates their building practices from design, purchasing, and construction perspectives to achieve the greatest savings possible. The homebuilder then passes the savings along to buyers while providing an outstanding experience along the way.
Sterling Homes Edmonton plans to continue striving to meet customers’ needs while also meeting the needs of the greater community. Justin added.
“Our next mission is to not only be the most affordable single-family option, but for our homes to also have the lowest environmental impact in Edmonton by certifying them as BUILT GREEN homes,” he said. “This will represent a more durable house for buyers, a cleaner home, and a home with reduced monthly operating costs. We want to leave our planet greener for our kids and future generations to enjoy.”
