Qualico introduced a premier homebuilder brand to the market in 2011, bringing Qualico to the Saskatchewan market. Today, Qualico brings award-winning single-family homebuilding and building materials and supply services to the area.

A Brief History of the Manitoba & Saskatchewan Region
Qualico Leads the Way in the Prairies
Qualico began in the Prairies in 1951, filling a need for single-family homes in Winnipeg post-World War II. Expanding during a period of three years in the late 1950s and early 1960s, Quality Construction also built pre-fab homes in Regina. Securing land holdings would prove to be a challenge and with mounting opportunity in Alberta, Quality Construction left Regina to focus on other growing markets.
Winnipeg is the regional office for Qualico’s Manitoba & Saskatchewan Region. In 2011, Qualico returned to Regina, focusing on single-family homes and building materials supply and service. This move was closely followed by expansion into Saskatoon in 2013, with another award-winning single-family homebuilder in Saskatchewan.

Rolling up sleeves: Partners for Life
Pacesetter Homes Regina and business partners have taken Qualico’s participation in the Canadian Blood Services Partners for Life program to the next level. By encouraging both staff and trades to donate, Pacesetter Homes has gone above and beyond in advocating for the important cause. In 2018, Pacesetter Homes was invited to attend the National Honouring Lifeblood gala and was recognized by Canadian Blood Services in Ottawa for the team's outstanding contributions and support.
