The team started with a marketing campaign to generate interest, which garnered a list of over 1,000 prospective buyers seeking information. This culminated in a unique and exhilarating event in October 2023, where future homeowners had their names drawn lottery-style to secure their dream home, resulting in over 40 home sales in a single day.
