Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan Recognized with Volume Builder of the Year – Multi-Family Award
Regina, SK – Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan took home the Volume Builder of the Year – Multi-Family award at the recent Regina & Region Home Builders’ Association’s Master Awards.
The Regina & Region Home Builders' Association's Master Awards uses a comprehensive set of criteria to determine the winner of the Volume Builder of the Year – Multi-Family award. These criteria include design and innovation, craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and the builder's contribution to community development and the housing industry at large.
Rick Groeneveld, Vice-President, Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan, said winning the award is a profound honour for the Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan team.
“The award symbolizes the hard work, dedication, and creativity of our entire team,” he said. “This recognition is not just a testament to our ability to produce at a high volume, but also underscores our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.”
The team’s success in achieving this award can be attributed to several key strategies, according to Rick. These include focusing on understanding the needs and preferences of modern families, and integrating innovative design and sustainable building practices in all of the business unit’s projects.
Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors ensures high-quality materials and workmanship, and taking a customer-first approach drives ongoing improvements in service and product offerings.
“Our multi-family projects that contributed to this win include a range of properties designed to cater to diverse needs,” said Rick. “These projects stand out due to their innovative use of space, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal, which resonate well with contemporary homeowners seeking functionality without compromising on style.”
Rick believes the recognition from the Regina & Region Home Builders' Association's Master Awards elevates Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan’s standing in the real estate market significantly. He said it serves as a mark of excellence and sets the builder apart from competitors, affirming its reputation as a leading builder in the region and enhancing consumer trust in the brand.
“What sets Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan apart from other high-volume builders in the region is our holistic approach to building homes,” said Rick. “We integrate customer feedback into our development process, adopt the latest building technologies, and focus on sustainable building practices, thereby ensuring that our homes are not only beautiful and functional, but also environmentally responsible.”
In addition to Pacesetter Homes being recognized with the Volume Builder of the Year – Multi-Family award, Kelsey Jule-Garbutt, Sales Representative, was recognized with a Gold Sales Achievement award, and Matt Danyluk, Sales Consultant, was a finalist for Salesperson of the Year.
Going forward, Rick said Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan plans to expand its offerings with more innovative housing solutions. The team aims to incorporate advanced technology in smart home features and further enhance its energy-efficient building practices. As well, the builder is exploring new markets and planning developments that respond to the evolving needs of Saskatchewan's diverse communities.
Receiving the Volume Builder of the Year – Multi-Family award not only helps reassure Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan’s customers that they’re choosing a builder committed to excellence and innovation, but also reaffirms Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan’s direction and commitment, propelling the business unit towards a future where it continues to set standards in the homebuilding industry in Saskatchewan and beyond.
