StreetSide Developments Winnipeg set to bring luxurious condos to historic neighbourhood

Winnipeg, MB - As the builder of several past successes in Winnipeg’s St. Boniface area, including Place Joseph Royal, Mode Taché and Verve Taché, StreetSide Developments has learned a lot about fostering a vibrant community.

The homebuilder’s latest project, Vue Taché, will begin construction in the spring of 2021 with an anticipated completion date of fall 2022, bringing yet another luxury-living option to this sought-after Winnipeg neighbourhood.

Vue Taché will be a seven-storey concrete condominium that  features high-end finishes throughout. It will have 87 units and the team carefully designed the floor plans for modern-living needs, featuring one-bedroom to three-bedroom open concept layouts with large balconies and main-floor terraces, spanning up to 1,898 sq. ft. of indoor living space.

Wide-spanning windows will over-deliver on skyline views from every suite, and residents will be impressed with a long list of amenities, including heated underground parking (with 10 electric car charging stations), a full-hosting bar, gym, and StreetSide Developments Winnipeg’s first pet-friendly outdoor common area.

“The wow-factor of this project is right in the name – the views, ‘Vue,’ and neighbourhood ‘Taché,’” said Kelli Roach, Sales and Marketing Manager, StreetSide Developments Winnipeg. “Located downtown riverside, this project gives people the unique opportunity to capture arguably one of the best views in the city. An amazing combination of river-facing and downtown urban skylines, including the architectural beauty of the Canadian Museum of Human Rights. Located in Winnipeg’s French quarter and adjacent to Winnipeg’s downtown and The Forks market, you have everything you need within walking distance.”

“There will be something that appeals to everyone,” said Jonathan Osachuk, Project Manager, StreetSide Developments Winnipeg. “The largest west-facing suites will appeal to down-sizers who are still looking for a large home without the upkeep of a house. Some layouts prioritize dedicated dining spaces, some suites provide space for a den or workspace area, while others have larger bedrooms.”

Vue Taché raises the bar in terms of detailed, thoughtful design and keeps modern homeowners in mind.

“This condominium will impress anyone looking for that contemporary, sleek design,” said Kelli. “We want luxury for our homeowners every step of the way.”
