California Waterfront Community Grows in Occupancy, Nears Completion


Hercules, CA - Located in the town of Hercules, in the San Francisco Bay Area, Hercules Bayfront is a waterfront 38.4-acre, multi-phase residential and retail community. The Exchange at Bayfront is the debut building for this project, featuring 172 apartments and townhomes, plus retail. The complex was completed in June of 2020, with leasing currently underway at 72 per cent occupancy, and growing.

The project’s next parcels of land are under construction and will be home to The Grand. This 232-unit building with a mix of apartment and townhome suites has a scheduled completion date of May 2021. There are still seven more phases to come at this master-planned, dynamic and impressive waterfront community, with development projected to extend through 2027.
