Qualico Properties Brings Sage Creek's Walkable Village Centre To Life

Winnipeg, MB  Over the past 15 years, Sage Creek has seen impressive growth, with around 7,000 residents now calling the community home. The original vision of a bustling Village Centre is truly taking shape, with pedestrians front of mind.

Street and sidewalk design for the Village Centre provides plenty of walking and cycling space, and resting places are included amongst the buildings. Local art pieces can also be found throughout the community. The commercial portions of the Village Centre feature a local shopfront aesthetic, and four new commercial buildings will be completed by spring 2021 to offer even more retail and services.
