Pacesetter Homes Edmonton Launches new Luxury Home Collection

Edmonton, AB - Pacesetter Homes Edmonton recently launched its new Augusta Executive Collection, which includes eight models that offer luxury, location, and lifestyle at a more affordable price.

The first showhome in the collection, The Ellerston in Jensen Lakes, is a two-storey, 2802-sq.-ft. home that features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a front attached double garage. Because it’s a production-built home, its higher-end look comes at a lower cost than what many might expect.

Sandra Young, Vice-President, Pacesetter Homes Edmonton, noted the excitement that had been building about the collection’s first showhome.

“After planning this home and approving the design concept, construction started in the spring of this year, and clients were eager to walk through it when it opened last month,” she said. “They’ve been providing fantastic feedback on the features of the home, including the details in the craftsmanship, the feel of the hardware, and the look of the crown mouldings.”

Along with The Ellerston, the new collection includes seven other models: Pinehurst, Essex, Broadmoor, Cypress, Valhalla, Oakmont, and Andrew.

The Augusta Executive Collection is geared towards a move-up buyer who is interested in a particular lifestyle, whether that be living by a lake, having scenic golf course views, or requiring ample space to entertain. The models and lots in the collection fit a variety of such lifestyle needs and are available in 20 of the 34 communities that Pacesetter Homes Edmonton builds in.

In addition to the beautifully designed layouts, floorplan customization, and high level of finishes in the collection, Augusta Executive clients will experience all of the benefits of owning a Pacesetter home. Pacesetter Homes Edmonton’s next Augusta Executive Collection showhome will be the Cypress model located in the Griesbach community, which is slated to be completed in 2021.
