Calgary, AB – The 2020 H.O.M.E. Awards marks the fifth win for Sterling Homes Calgary as the Best Customer Experience: Calgary – Single Family – Large Volume. The award was presented at the H.O.M.E. Awards event on April 7, which was held online this year due to restrictions related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic (click here to watch the recorded livestream video).

The Home Owner Mark of Excellence (H.O.M.E) was created by CustomerInsight and is based exclusively on the voice of the customer.

CustomerInsight is a third party survey company serving the homebuilding industry in Canada and the US. Winners of the H.O.M.E. Awards are calculated solely from homeowner feedback surveys and recognize excellence in the homeownership experience. This year, several Qualico Calgary builders were included as nominees, including Broadview Homes Calgary, Sterling Homes Calgary, and StreetSide Developments Calgary.

Sterling Homes Calgary won the award in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020, while coming in second place in 2015 and 2019. Since the business unit joined CustomerInsight, the team has always been a finalist, which speaks volumes to their dedication to always putting the customer first.
