PACESETTER HOMES DALLAS-FORT WORTH INTRODUCES NEW PRODUCT OFFERING TO MEET THE CHANGING MARKET
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX – Pacesetter Homes is a homebuilder that is well-known across Western Canada and Austin, Texas, but the company and brand is still relatively new to the Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) market, having only emerged onto the scene in early 2018.
Pacesetter Homes Dallas-Fort Worth has seen a great amount of success in the short time it has been in the market. The team is successfully establishing the Pacesetter brand, gaining creditability with developers, brokers and other homebuilders, and executing their initial strategy of obtaining development positions with smaller lot sizes in affordable price points below $350,000.
A substantial change in price appreciation (over 60 percent increase since the market downturn in 2012) combined with a temporary interest rate increase in the latter half of 2018 impacted affordability, leaving prospective buyers sidelined and builders with large amounts of inventory at higher price points.
Pacesetter Homes has responded with a lower price point product line to meet the changing market. Enter the homebuilder’s Craftsman series, an affordable product line that offers the utmost in flexibility in order to meet the needs of each homebuyer’s budget. Pacesetter Homes added the Craftsman series because of the affordability issues that continue to expand in the DFW market and lack of flexibility that is offered in lower price points.
The Craftsman series allows homebuyers to pick and choose what features are important to them while keeping price-point at the forefront. Each home plan has a number of different options, and based on the features chosen, one home can look significantly different from the next.
Unique to the DFW area, the Craftsman series takes an à-la-carte approach to homebuilding, offering distinct architectural add-ons, such as fireplaces, additional baths, deluxe kitchens, deluxe master baths, and extended covered patios, as optional selections that can be included, or not, depending on the homebuyer’s budget.
In addition, Pacesetter Homes’ standard selections include several items homebuyers can personalize to their liking, such as interior doors, plumbing fixtures, front doors, cabinet colors and doors, stair balusters, kitchen sinks, and garage doors. This kind of standard personalized selection is either an upgrade or not typically offered in lower-price-point homes and provides homebuyers additional personal touches at no additional cost.

We can hit all three with the Craftsman series.”
Pacesetter Homes is entering another significant growth period with the addition of new communities and phases that are opening in the in the next six months.

Pacesetter Homes’ Craftsman series product has recently started to sell in the homebuilder’s Anna Town Square community. The Craftsman series will also be featured in three communities starting this quarter with another three by the end of the second quarter of 2020. The total number of communities will grow from three at the end of 2018 to twelve by mid-2020.
