StreetSide Edmonton delivers a townhome plan based on intentional target research through customer focus group feedback.
The Granville townhome features a Scandinavian-design theme, which is a fairly new trend that StreetSide Edmonton's focus groups positively responded to. Usually, designers pick themes without customer input, but this wasn’t the case for The Granville model.
The home offers simplistic furnishings that complement the soft and neutral colour palette. This is what the target market wanted, a neutral palette that was easy for them to change.
The ensuite showcases a textured wood-tiling floor with a hexagon design and a plank wall in the shower – creating a connection to nature that this Scandinavian style demands and evoking a sense of calm. This is important because StreetSide found that female buyers want a ‘master retreat’ where they can disconnect from their day and relax in a well-designed space.
The Granville is a product of intentional target audience research and listening to what customers want.
