The Bourbon townhome is designed to be modern industrial – the design palette that tested the best with StreetSide Developments Edmonton’s customer focus groups.

Males and females in all focus groups revealed that they would likely have roommates when they purchase their first home. The Bourbon’s plan reflects this and features two master bedrooms, approximately 12’ x 12’, which include three-piece ensuites and walk-in closets to allow for a larger space than the average master bedroom.

The plan also includes a kitchen focused on entertaining, a ‘micro-bathroom’ on the main floor, and luxury vinyl plank flooring, which creates an easy-to-clean space for roommates.
