HERCULES BAYFRONT IS A STUNNING WATERFRONT APARTMENT, TOWNHOME, AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT IN THE TOWN OF HERCULES, CALIFORNIA.

Located in the town of Hercules in the San Francisco Bay Area, Hercules Bayfront is a waterfront 38.4-acre, multi-phase residential rental and retail community. Qualico and its partners broke ground in the summer of 2018.

The Exchange consists of 172 townhomes and apartments, plus retail. Qualico and partners completed this debut property of Hercules Bayfront in 2020 and sold it off in Q3 2021 as part of its US Multi-Family program's design. The second phase, The Grand, consists of 202 market-rate units and 15 affordable units. It was completed in 2021 and as of mid-November, 2021, was 10.8% leased. Future phases will be marketed under names such as The Warehouse, The Harbour House, and The Heights.

Offering both residential and commercial spaces, The Village concept of Hercules Bayfront will provide numerous parks and plazas where residents and visitors can enjoy peaceful surroundings while strolling to the water’s edge. The history of this building site goes back to the 1880s. Hercules Bayfront is located on the former site of the historic Hercules Dynamite factory, the factory from which the town of Hercules received its name. Large-scale remediation efforts were completed so that this location could be available and appealing to investors, such as Qualico.
