Pacesetter Homes, Streetside Developments and Sterling Homes earned a total of 15 Awards of Excellence for sales volume and housing design in a range of categories and price points. Qualico Communities Edmonton also took home an award for its Get Digging direct mail marketing campaign.

As part of its corporate giving and sponsorship, Qualico Communities Calgary has sponsored a Canine Vision Dog through the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides program with a $6,000 donation that is being used to train a dog named Beacon.

Qualico Communities Edmonton has broken ground in Easton, its newest development located in Spruce Grove. Situated on a 140-acre parcel of land along Highway 16A and Pioneer Road, this new community will include 1,000 homes and 27 acres of dedicated commercial properties.

Work has begun on Bison Run, Qualico Communities Winnipeg’s latest community in Waverley West, located in southwest Winnipeg.
