The BILD Calgary Region awards celebrate and recognize quality products and accomplishments amongst builders. While the virtual awards gala is not taking place until August 13, BILD is announcing select winners through CTV Morning News leading up to the event.

Edmonton, AB – Sterling Homes Edmonton dominated the main sales awards at the 2020 Canadian Home Builders’ Association—Edmonton Region’s Awards of Excellence in Housing during the live streaming event on May 21. Two of the business unit’s salespeople took home three of the four awards in the Sales People of the Year Award category.

Regina, SK – When you build great homes and offer not just quality construction but also multiple environmentally-friendly features as your standard, it’s not surprising that you’d receive some recognition for your efforts. In early February, Pacesetter Homes Regina took home the Environmental Leadership in Housing Award (20+ Homes) at the Regina and Region Home Builders’ Association (RRHBA) Master Awards Gala.

Calgary, AB - Two Qualico homebuilders within the same Calgary business unit were recognized recently by Avid Ratings for their excellent customer service. NuVista Homes Calgary received the Avid Gold Award and Augusta Fine Homes Calgary won the Avid Benchmark Award. The Avid Gold Award is presented to builders that have the highest scores in their region based on the New Home Move-In Experience survey that is filled out by customers. The survey captures information spanning from the purchasing experience to the first 90 days of ownership.

Metro Vancouver, BC – When a customer has a positive homebuying experience, the impression they have of their builder tends to stick with them. Clearly, Foxridge Homes Metro Vancouver has been doing something right, as the team recently won their first Avid Gold Award, which is based entirely on customer feedback. Avid Ratings presents the Avid Awards each year to recognize builders across North America that are providing extraordinary customer experiences. Winners are calculated using scores from customer surveys, and to qualify as a finalist for an Avid Award, builders must score above the 25th percentile in Canada overall.

Calgary, AB – The 2020 H.O.M.E. Awards marks the fifth win for Sterling Homes Calgary as the Best Customer Experience: Calgary – Single Family – Large Volume. The award was presented at the H.O.M.E. Awards event on April 7, which was held online this year due to restrictions related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic (click here to watch the recorded livestream video). The Home Owner Mark of Excellence (H.O.M.E) was created by CustomerInsight and is based exclusively on the voice of the customer.

Edmonton, AB – StreetSide Developments Edmonton marked a new achievement recently, winning the CustomerInsight award for Best Customer Experience for Edmonton and Area in the Multi-Family – Large Volume category for the fourth consecutive year. The Home Owner Mark of Excellence (H.O.M.E) was created by CustomerInsight and is based exclusively on the voice of the customer.

Regina, SK – Pacesetter Homes Regina has further solidified its position as one of Regina’s top homebuilders with its award-winning home at 3152 Trombley Street.
