Summary of the Region
Qualico’s latest market looks promising
Joining the successful Qualico US region, the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas office was established in 2018. Single-family operations, under the Pacesetter Homes brand, are growing their market presence and are proud to offer homes in some of the most desirable communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Leveraging the strength of the US regional office in Austin and of Qualico as a whole, combined with current market conditions, Dallas-Fort Worth is poised to be a high-growth market for Qualico.

Qualico is becoming a recognized force in the US real estate development community. I look forward to future opportunities to further the promotion of our brand in the regions in which we operate and invest.

A Brief History of the Qualico US Region
Qualico decided to set international roots in 2004, with expansion into US markets
Qualico established Austin, Texas as the home of its regional US offices, with expansion into Dallas–Fort Worth in 2018. Today, award-winning Pacesetter Homes operates in Austin as a single-family homebuilder alongside the Qualico Communities business unit. Qualico’s multi-family projects across the US are also managed out of the Austin office.
Within a decade of establishing itself in the US, Pacesetter Homes Austin made the Builder Magazine’s Top 100 Builders list and secured its place within the top 10 builders in the Greater Austin area. The success in the US market led Qualico to grow its US presence with expansion into the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
