Foxridge Homes BC has been awarded its second consecutive Avid Benchmark Award, and third overall in the last four years, for providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers in the Metro Vancouver area in 2022.

Broadview Homes was recognized for its standards of excellence last month when it was awarded the top prize for best new single-family home, $595,000 – 658,999. Winning for the Abbot III, the award speaks to how versatile the model is for homebuyers with growing families.

Pacesetter Homes has been recognized by the Canadian Home Builder’s Association – Edmonton Region for the second year in a row for achieving the highest number of home sales in the region in 2022.

Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan took home four important awards at the 2022 Regina and Region Home Builders’ Association (RRHBA) Master Awards earlier this month. The homebuilder won the Volume Builder of the Year – Single Family, Environmental Leadership 20+ Homes, Green Build of the Year, and Customer Satisfaction 40+ Homes awards.

Taylor Humphrey, Division Sales and Marketing Manager at Pacesetter Homes Texas in Dallas, was awarded the Sales Manager of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders on Tuesday night.

Sterling Homes Edmonton has earned its fourth consecutive Consumer Choice Award in the Home Builder category, based on past customers’ opinions shared online in areas like customer service, home quality, and warranty services. The homebuilder is the only company to earn the award in that category in the Edmonton region for the past four years.

Qualico was recognized by the Edmonton chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals with a 2022 Health Award on National Philanthropy Day last month, for its long-standing support of the city’s University Hospital Foundation.

StreetSide Developments Edmonton demonstrated its leadership in the multi-family housing market, taking home an award for one of its townhome models at the BILD Alberta Awards that took place earlier this month in Jasper.
