Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan plays instrumental role in building new Royal Park community

White City, SK – Pacesetter Homes is leading the way as the first homebuilder to break ground and start construction in the exciting new Royal Park community in the Town of White City, east of Regina.

Currently, the homebuilder is developing 25 residential lots at Royal Park and offering a diverse selection of five thoughtfully designed single-family home models. Each model is crafted to meet the needs of modern families, combining functionality, style, and long-term value. Pacesetter Homes’ products in the community will include front attached garage homes, laned homes, townhomes, and duplexes.

Rick Groeneveld, Vice-President, Pacesetter Homes Saskatchewan, said the Pacesetter team is seeing strong interest from young families and professionals.

“While we are still in the early stages of the Royal Park development, the feedback we’ve received from new homeowners and community members has been overwhelmingly positive,” he said. “Many appreciate the thoughtful design, quality construction, and family-friendly features of our homes.”

The homes designed and built by Pacesetter Homes range from 1,400 to 2,500 sq. ft. This range provides potential homeowners with various options to suit different needs and lifestyles. The homes offer modern layouts, high-quality finishes, and energy-efficient features that meet or exceed Energy Star certification standards.

Royal Park spans 700 acres in total and will offer a vibrant, family-friendly community with convenient access to Regina’s amenities. The development includes 77 lots in phase one, with an additional 77 lots planned for future development, ensuring long-term growth and opportunity. Once the development is completed, residents will enjoy 10 km of pathways, a 50-acre multi-use recreation site, a natural pond system providing scenic beauty and recreation opportunities, and a business park.

Pacesetter Homes is playing a key role in shaping the residential space within the development and is helping to contribute to Royal Park’s aim of offering diverse and high-quality housing options.

Rick shared that the Pacesetter team is excited about being part of this new development for multiple reasons.

“The Pacesetter team is proud to have the opportunity to be part of a project that shares our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, affordability, sustainability, and building better cities,” he said.

With the use of ample public spaces, parks, and recreational facilities, Royal Park will foster a vibrant, close-knit community, enhancing the quality of life for residents by encouraging social interaction, active lifestyles, and community engagement.

Royal Park is also poised to significantly boost the local economy by attracting businesses, creating job opportunities, and increasing property values. This economic infusion will benefit White City and the surrounding areas, making it a crucial driver for regional development and prosperity.

Moving forward, Pacesetter Homes plans to expand in Royal Park with new energy-efficient home models focused on sustainability. The team will work with the city and stakeholders to improve green spaces, infrastructure, and amenities, creating a thriving, connected community that grows in value and livability for years to come.
