Since Qualico Communities opened in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) this year, the business unit has started securing land and scheduling construction for the development of five different communities throughout the Metro DFW area.

The Qualico Communities Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) business unit is now up and running and will be embarking on several projects in the region in the near future, some starting as early as this summer.

Austin, TX – Kevin Van, President & CEO, is pleased to announce that LaNelle Deardorf, Vice-President, Finance and Banking, Qualico US, has been appointed Regional Vice-President, Qualico US, following the announcement of Brian Higgins’ retirement at the end of 2020. LaNelle’s transition to her new role is effective immediately. LaNelle has been part of a key leadership team that has grown and continuously improved Qualico’s Austin and Dallas operations.
