Kensington Homes Builds Its First-Ever Townhome Condominium Project
Winnipeg, MB – Kensington Homes has announced its new Witham at Sage townhome development, the first townhome condominium project for the company, building on more than 49 years of building quality homes in Manitoba.
Colleen Chaput, Marketing Manager, Kensington Homes, said the team decided to begin building townhome condos because of the future opportunities they see for such homes.

Located on Witham Road in Winnipeg’s desirable Sage Creek community, the development will include 15 units priced starting under $400,000. Buyers will be able to choose from the Arlo, Azalea, and Autumn models, which will range in size from 1,360 to 1,408 sq. ft. and will include three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The homes will also include a double detached garage and optional upgrades such as a finished basement and a stone patio. Modern, high-end finishes and appliances will be included throughout the homes as part of carefully selected design packages put together by the experienced design team at designQ.
Examples include the latest selections in cabinetry and quartz countertops, luxury hard surface flooring in main living areas, and black plumbing fixtures and hardware.
Colleen said the townhomes will also have some additional important benefits for homebuyers who want to save time and money.

Some of the energy-efficient features found in the homes are electric furnace, triple-pane windows, low-flush toilets, above industry standard attic insulation (R60) with R22 batts wall insulation to better prevent heat loss, and a digital thermostat.
According to Colleen, the townhomes will offer something for a variety of potential buyers who want to live in the Sage Creek neighbourhood.
