NuVista Homes recognized for customer service excellence with the AvidCX Gold Award
Calgary, AB – Augusta Fine Homes by NuVista Homes has set the gold standard, earning the AvidCX Gold Award at the 22nd Annual AvidCX Awards, presented by ECI Software Solutions.
The award recognises builders in Canada and the US who provide outstanding service during customers’ new home move-in experience. Customers complete a survey 90 days after they take possession of their new home to provide their honest feedback about their experience.
This year, the winners achieved the highest customer experience scores among 472 qualifying builders, as determined by survey results collected from January to December 2024 and analyzed with the proprietary AvidCX™ platform. Augusta Fine Homes received the AvidCX Gold Award for Alberta in the Custom subcategory.
