StreetSide BC’s Mixed-Use Development to Soar above Surrey’s City Centre

Surrey, BCJuno, StreetSide Developments BC’s first mixed-use high-rise, is set to break ground on the edge of Surrey’s newly established Business District, creating exciting new housing options for residents of Metro Vancouver’s fastest-growing municipality.

Towering 33-stories above Surrey’s skyline once complete, Juno will offer 341 spacious condominiums with a variety of floorplans including 1–3-bedroom suites, studio units, and a new smart lock-off option that opens a host of lifestyle and rental possibilities for new condo buyers.

Located on a one-acre site, on the edge of Surrey City Centre, Juno’s design is oriented around a residential tower elevated dramatically above a six-storey podium. The design maximizes views of the outdoors while providing a range of interconnected amenities including beautifully landscaped outdoor gathering areas, a playground, a kids’ gaming area, a rooftop lounge, a family lounge, a theatre room, co-working space, a wellness centre, and six levels of underground parking.

The ground floor provides space for commercial businesses offering products and services geared to residents in the community. A light-filled residential lobby will feature a parcel service allowing residents safe and efficient delivery for items purchased online using parcel lockers.
