Award-Winning Marketing: StreetSide Developments BC’s Everly Green Project Honoured At Awards Gala

Metro Vancouver, BC – StreetSide Developments BC received two honours at the 26th annual Georgie Awards Gala event on March 10 in Vancouver, winning the Best Project Identity Award and Best Corporate/Project Website Award for the Everly Green project in Langley, BC.


The Georgie Awards are presented each year to Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC members to recognize excellence in housing in British Columbia, with categories representing all aspects of the industry, including new residential construction, renovation, marketing, innovation, and energy-efficiency.


Vanessa Isler, Director of Sales & Marketing for StreetSide Developments BC, said the team is proud of the awards received and she noted the accolades will benefit the company beyond the gala event. 

“For StreetSide being relatively new to the Metro Vancouver marketplace, the awards definitely help with our local recognition, both within the industry and with the public,” she said. “Entering the awards also encouraged the entire team to band together, because we really had to pull together as much project information as possible in order to even enter the awards.” 


Everly Green offers townhomes and single-family homes in a community with natural surroundings and mountain views, as well as a central green space. Sales for the 90-unit strata single-family and townhouse development started in September 2016 and the project was sold out by June 2017. The townhomes feature two - and three-bedroom options from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, and the single family homes offer four- and five-bedroom options from 2,300 to over 3,000 square feet.

The project identity created for Everly Green was consistent in its imagery, emphasizing the natural surroundings and beauty that the community has to offer. The marketing design used appealing fonts, textures, colours, and images to create an elegant feeling that translated well across all of the marketing materials used. 

The website showcased this imagery and feel, and aspects such as how the information was organized and how the site was tied into other marketing activities allowed the website to become a strong and successful piece of the overall project marketing.
