Final Phase of Techridge by Qualico and Partners is Nearly Complete

Austin, TX - In 2011, Qualico and its partners began construction on a six-phase, 126.5-acre, mixed-use project called The Lakes at Techridge, located at the heart of the region’s technology sector.  

The first two phases included multi-family rental units at The Oaks, and Lantower Tech Ridge, followed by commercial development and the construction of LEED-certified office space, where the Qualico US regional office now resides.

Qualico is set to complete its final phase of development in the first quarter of 2021, with the construction of The Vineyard, an apartment complex that includes 468 suites across 15 three-storey buildings. All the apartments are “garden style,” featuring plenty of trees, shrubbery and gardens, taking on a modern farmhouse feel in the beautiful Lakes at Techridge community. Amenities include a state-of-the-art health and fitness club with a dedicated yoga room, a pet grooming spa, and a five-star resort sparkling pool and heated spa.

Leasing is now underway at The Vineyard with high levels of interest, hitting the 30 per cent leased rate at the end of 2020.
