Qualico Homebuilders Honoured at MHBA's Fall Parade of Homes Awards

This combination is largely responsible for the success we experienced at the awards this year.”

Sterling Homes Winnipeg was also awarded Gold for its 2,335 sq. ft. showhome in RidgeWood West.

“These homes turned out beautifully by carefully pairing very well-designed plans showcasing sought after features with elegant and sophisticated design elements, which creates a timeless look,” said Courtney.

Kensington Homes Winnipeg was awarded a record four Golds for its showhomes in Grande Pointe Meadows, Bridgwater Trails, and two in Sage Creek. Colleen Chaput, Marketing Manager, Kensington Homes and Foxridge Homes, attributed the wins to the team involved in making it happen.

“We’d like to extend our appreciation to everyone on the team, including Design & Drafting (which debuted four new home models), Production and all of our trades, Changes by Design, Sales & Marketing, and of course, our dedicated Sales Representatives for going above and beyond to welcome visitors and ensure safe viewings,” said Colleen.

Foxridge Homes Winnipeg won gold for its elegant RidgeWood West showhome.

“We’re so proud to have won an award for each of our new showhomes this year,” said Colleen. “The stand-out designs created by our talented team continue to earn awards and accolades in the communities we build in.”

In the multi-family awards, StreetSide Developments Winnipeg took home a Gold award for its popular bungalow-style floorplan of The Bayberry, located in Amber Grove.

“With this being our first development in the north part of the city, we were ecstatic to win our second consecutive Gold for the community and a first for this particular floorplan,” said Kelli Roach, Sales and Marketing Manager, StreetSide Developments. “This past year has been unconventional, to say the least, and has challenged us all in very different ways. The fact we were able to pull together as a team was a true reflection of StreetSide’s strength.”
